Orla joined Cove & Co. x MRCB last summer as a full-time colour consultant. Holding a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Interior Design, she has gained valuable experience working in interior design studios and contributing to various residential projects.
During her time in Portugal, Orla worked with a renowned interior design and architecture studio, further expanding her expertise. Her insights on design trends have recently been featured in the Irish Daily Mail and Irish Star.
Orla is passionate about helping clients transform their spaces through expert colour selection, as well as advising on finishes, décor, and layouts. She offers personalised guidance through in-home consultations, online sessions, or in-store appointments.
Colour has always been at the heart of Alison’s life, with a career dedicated to her passion for colour and design.
Alison graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Fine Art Painting and went on to further her studies in Colour Theory, the Psychology of Colour, and Colour Therapy. Her deep understanding of colour’s physical and emotional benefits allows her to create truly transformative schemes for clients.
As the Colour Consultant in our Dundalk store, Alison works closely with clients to enhance, define, and personalise colour schemes that suit their needs. Whether through in-home or in-store consultations, she is committed to helping you bring your colour vision to life.
Mary’s passion for colour and design has shaped her career, with over seven years of experience working with premium paint brands such as Colourtrend, Farrow & Ball, and Little Greene.
For the past four years, she has been the Colour Consultant at our Mullingar store, offering expert guidance on both residential and commercial projects. Her in-depth knowledge of paint formulations, finishes, and colour specialisation ensures every client receives tailored advice suited to their space.
Mary holds a Diploma in Interior Design from The Interior Design Academy of Ireland, further solidifying her expertise. She is dedicated to working with clients to create unique colour schemes that bring their vision to life.
Emily is a passionate and detail-oriented interior designer and colour consultant with over 10 years of industry experience. Her love for transforming spaces through the power of paint began at a young age, leading her to pursue a bachelor’s degree with honours in 3D Design and Interiors.
Having lived in the heart of the Mediterranean for over 30 years, Emily has developed a strong understanding of colour theory, design trends, and local aesthetics. She has worked with clients across manufacturing and design, helping individuals and businesses create vibrant, personalised spaces that reflect their unique tastes and functional needs.
Whether refreshing a single room or undertaking a full renovation, Emily offers expert guidance on colour palettes, finishes, and design schemes, ensuring each space is cohesive, fresh, and aligned with your vision.
Marisa is an experienced colour consultant with over three years of expertise in advising clients on colour choices for their homes.
Holding an Advanced Higher National Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design from Edinburgh University, Marisa has a keen eye for creating bespoke colour schemes that enhance interiors.
Based in our Cove & Co. Waterford store, Marisa collaborates with clients to ensure their spaces reflect both beauty and functionality, helping them achieve the perfect balance of colour and design.
With nearly a decade of experience at Cove & Co. x MRCB, Olha is both a Colour Consultant and Interior Designer. She specialises in creating cohesive colour schemes for residential and commercial projects, as well as technical colour matching for the restoration of historical buildings.
Olha has synaesthesia—a neurological condition that allows her to experience colour through multiple senses—which gives her an extraordinary ability to distinguish between tones and shades with incredible precision. A regular lecturer for design students and architects, her work has been featured in numerous magazines and press articles.
Olha firmly believes in the transformative power of colour and has an innate ability to identify the perfect hue for any space.
